Each year, Family house serves over 2,000 children ranging from newborns to teenagers who are diagnosed with life-threatening illnesses. Treatments vary, but generally require one to six weeks of hospitalization the first year followed by many days or weeks of periodic hospital visits in the following years.

Family House is moving to Mission Bay on April 1, 2016, and we will more than double our housing capacity, to serve over 4,000 families per year. Without Family House, the families of patients like Quincy (shown above) would have no place to stay while their child receives treatment. Because of you, little girls like Quincy will celebrate milestones like the first day of kindergarten. We need your help to make sure our ability to house more families is successful.
